What type of insurance is recommended for the motorcycles you sell?When looking for insurance recommend always using a price comparison website. Such as Go Compare. For road legal vehicles we recommend fully comprehensive insurance. For offroad vehicles; Off road bikes insurance.

Can I order a specific model with custom specifications?Yes any purchase of a bike can be upgraded to your specification as long as we can source the items. We currently only offer battery and controller upgrades purchased through our store.

Why are our prices cheaper than other dealers?To keep it simple we have a marketing team onboard that sources our bikes. This means the money saved can be passed onto to our customers at a hugely competitive price .

How often should the motorcycle be serviced, and what is the cost of maintenance?As with any motorbikes, electric motorbikes still need maintenance just not as often or as in depth. Refer to vehicles user manual for the maintenance schedule. If you would like to book your bike in for maintenance then please contact us.

Do you have a service department, and what services do they offer?We do have the ability to service vehicles. If you would like to arrange a service please contact on our speak to us page found here; https://www.j-volt.com/speak-to-us We also offer an installion service that can be purchased along side the purchase of an upgrade kit and is free of charge if you order it to be installed on a new bike.

What are the current promotions or discounts available?You can find all of our promotions in you email inbox once signed up to our news letter or by signing up and becoming a member of the site.

Do you accept trade-ins?We do not currently accept trade in as we only sell the brands offered. However we are currently building a preowned stock section so to please don't hesitate to contact us.

Do you offer financing options?We currently do not accept credit cards or financing options. As our store expands we will open up additional payment channels.

How do I pay?For purchases of bikes we will require you to pay a deposit found on the product page. Then during collection will require the rest of the payment in either cash or bank transfer. For any other purchases you can checkout using our store secure payment systems.

Can I test ride a motorcycle before making a purchase?If you would like to test ride your purchase during the collection period we will need to have full payment in our possession.

How long will it take to get my purchase?For all bikes we aim to have them available for collection next business day. For online purchases they will be posted for next day delivery Monday-Friday. For postcodes in the northern region it may day 1-3 business days for delivery. You can of course contact us to enquire on our current stock and if we can meet these claims. Motorbikes: When placing an order for a bike you will receive an email or phone call call to arrange your collection. Upgrade Kits and Store Items: All purchases of upgrade kits and store items will be shipped next day unless you have arranged for installion. In which case you will receive a phone call and an email to arrange a suitable appointment.

Are they any items that I cant return.If you are returning items such as batteries or any other items considered hazardous for transportation please contact us before hand. Special orders, personalized items, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

How do I return an item?You will need to purchase a returns label from your choice of courier. We recommend using a trackable insured shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item as we will not be responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.

What is your returns eligibility on store items?If you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 14 days of your delivery so that we can arrange to repair, replace or refund your purchase. All upgrade kits come with a 12 months manufactures warranty

What is your returns eligibility on bikes:For any manufacturers faults you must contact us withing two days of your collection so that we can arrange to repair, replace or refund your purchase. It is your duty to ensure that you have inspected and approved of your purchase during the collection period and we cannot offer returns if you have changed your mind after collection.
